WINDOWS USERS
Donate online with a credit card using our bank’s
secure server at Communityroom.net.
Please note: your credit card statement will read "Community
Room" - NOT "The Brain Trust." Please keep this in mind
when reviewing your statement.
Please note: online donations are not compatible with Macintosh software at this time.
PCs must have IE 5.5 or higher.
If you are unable to donate online, you may submit
your information via mail or fax using the printable donation
form.
CommunityRoom.net Instructions - 10 Easy Steps using our bank’s secure
server.
1.
After going to CommunityRoom.Net,
make sure “BRAIN TRUST The
Healing Exchange” is already entered for you in the field for the
name of the Nonprofit to which you are donating.
2.
Enter the amount you wish to donate.
($5.00 Minimum)
3.
(OPTIONAL) You
may type in special instructions if the donation is for an occasion. If you
do so, we will send you a card that you can send to someone for the occasion.
For example: In honor of John’s 50
th Birthday, In memory of
Bobbie Jones. If you want us to send a card to the recipient, please include his or her mailing address, or we
can send you the card to mail yourself.
4. Click the green button to “ADD DONATION”.
5. On the next page, verify the amount and instructions.

Click the green “CHECKOUT” Button.
7.
Fill in your billing information.
Make sure your name and address are as they
appear on your credit card billing statement.
Make sure your credit card type and expiration
date are correct.
For donors from outside of the United States:
Please use "VT" as your state and add any additional
Address info, including postal code and country in an
extra address field. We are working with our bank to
correct this inconveniece for our out of country donors.
People have successfully donated from Canada, Australia,
and England using this interface.
8. Hit the Green “Proceed” button

Wait while your transaction is processed.
A confirmation number will appear.
10.
Print the receipt for your transaction. T.H.E. BRAIN TRUST will send
you a separate acknowledgement receipt.
NOTE: You do not need to become a
member of Community Room.Net to make a donation this way to T.H.E. BRAIN TRUST.If you plan to make regular donations, becoming a
member will keep your information on file for next time. If you wish to remain
anonymous, you can check the “anonymous” box and print your own
receipt when you finish your transaction, but you will not be acknowledged by
T.H.E. BRAIN TRUST.
